Every year is a chance to discover something new
Most people have heard of a gap year. The year after high school where students are encouraged to take a break from their studies to pursue other activities to “find themselves”, to figure out who they are and what they want to be before they make the leap into their education or careers.
As women, a lot of us have a shift in our identity and priorities once we become mothers. If given the chance, why not take a Discovery Year to figure out who we are now as women? I did exactly this and discovered God has so much more in store for me. Every year is a chance to discover something new God has in store for you.
